This Committee considers issues relating to the peoples and the cultures of BIPA’s jurisdictions.
The policy areas of the March 2025 Joint Statement falling within its remit are:
- Role of the arts
- Culture
- Indigenous minority languages
- Sport (including in the context of major sports tournaments)
- Youth
- Education
- Tourism
- Mobility and cross-border working
